The house is equipped with a modern comfortable bathroom, kitchen and dining room, and multiple areas for relaxing across the multiple floors. A selection of herbs can be taken from the garden if you want to add to your cooking. Every room has zoned heating with underfloor downstairs to make sure it stays cozy.
Bedrooms
The three bedrooms are all giving you that great feel and make you ready for bed! Each is unique in some way, whether its the view of the garden, the civic centre or the sun light flooding in in the morning.
Garden
The garden is an oasis of calm that has taken 15 years to mature to its current state. In the right seasons you can help yourself to strawberries, raspberries and to the orchard. Its peaceful and a real sun trap in the summer afternoons.
Layout
The house is split over three floors, with the front entrance entering on floor one. The ground floor exits to the garden, to which . there is no external access adding to the safety and security.
